This week we welcomed one of our regular anglers, Richard, back to La Petite Martiniere.
Rich decided to utilise a combination of house boilies and pellets, soaked in liquid, as feed. He then slowly introduced some bait and his rigs onto his preferred spots with a bait boat.
The weather for the week started cool and quite wet then got warmer and brighter at the back end of the trip.
This didn’t seem to affect the fish feeding and Rich managed 30 fish in total for the week.
Some carp were not weighed but those that were included 8 x 20’s, 2 x 30’s and a cracking 41lb mirror topping it off.
There were 11 tench caught, the biggest at 7lb 4oz, and a small grass carp at 20lb 4oz.
