Had a lovely week at La Froterie .
Gite was very clean and well equipped .
Good supermarket a few minutes up the Road .
Lisa and Heath were very helpfull and relaxed hosts giving advice where ever they could on the surrounding area and fishing .
The weather was a bit changeable with a couple of cold nights but didn’t affect the fishing too much .
Had plenty of perfect hard fighting commons and Mirrors .
Largest was a 30 lb mirror but as I was fishing mainly on my own that was the only fish where I could have a photo taken holding the fish .
The remaining fish averaged around the 16 to 20 lb mark with next best a 24lb common .
All in all a great week relaxed fishing in lovely quiet surroundings .
