La Froterie far exceeded any expectations for myself and family spending a week there in August. The lake was very productive throughout our stay only fishing days managed close to 1100lbs in 6 days, dusk till dawn. 4 days at 32 degrees and 2 fish. Then last morning it was cooler and had 8 including a double take. Best fish 20,27 and 30lb. Gite was small but all new and very comfortable. Hosts Lisa and Heath couldn’t have been more helpful

Had a brilliant week at la froterie..fishing was brilliant for my husband who caught 19 fish in total including beating his PB…gite was lovely and homely..and Lisa and heath was absolutely amazing..they couldn’t do enough for us..we loved everything about the holiday

First holiday of the season we were joined by Kevin and his family. Despite difficult condition Kevin caught some nice carp.
