Etang de Peyrilhac is a mature 6 acre lake located in Limoges, south west France. The lake which was first dug in 1985 and was acquired by the current owners in 2020 holds around 300 carp to in excess of 55lbs.
The lake is available for exclusive hire and includes a chalet just a few metres from the waters edge which can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The lake is fully fenced and secure. There are 5 swims all of which have electricity and can be accessed by car. Depths range from 3 feet to 15 feet in the deeper areas with the average depth around 10 foot. The lake can be fished by a maximum of 4 anglers.
In addition to the mobile home there are separate showers, sinks and toilets as well as a covered area which has tables, chairs, a fridge, freezer as well as a cooker, hob and microwave.
Less than a mile away is a mini market, bakers and buyers. The city of Limoges is only a 15 minute drive away and large supermarkets as well as bars, restaurants and everything you would expect to find in a city.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
