Well it was our first time visiting and fishing at Cavagnac lake what a lovely venue, absolutely a beautiful place in a lovely setting. The swims were very generous and clean with everything you need at the facility. The welcome and help we received from start to finish was fantastic. Mark the owner made us feel very welcome, Ross and Connie could not do enough for us even taking us to a big supermarket and giving advise on fishing and time out visiting beautiful places where some lovely food can be had in the several restaurants.
We caught 26 fish in total during our stay the biggest carp was 44lb 4 oz while we had a few tench all over 9lb. There was a few bigger fish pulled out while we were there, main advise i can give is fish very close to the lilies.
We will definitely be going back again as nothing was too much trouble.
