the weather made for a difficult week, massive shifts in temperature and pressure but with the help of dave the owner we managed to get nine fish to 35lbs. the lake is lovely and the gite is to a much higher standard than most. Dave and Doreen were very welcoming and helpful, a lovely couple. we will definitely be returning to catch some of the big ones! The nearest town, chateau gontier is 5 minutes away it is a beautiful place with some nice restaurants.
