What can i say about our week’s visit to Watersmeet Carp Lake France. Stunning place – the lake and swims are fantastic with power on each peg and fully gravelled. The provision of barrows to move your kit is a great touch. The fishing is simple as the lake is virtually weed/snag free and you can cast to every part. The house is stunning and a great place for fisherman to clean up and families to spend their days. Although the fishing was difficult like most of France, we had a great time, and topped it off on the last day with the below 32lb stunner. Paul and his wife have a special place and you will not be sorry when you visit
