Lake Beauregard is located in the beautiful Champagne region of France with mirror and common carp to over 60lbs. The lake is a 3.5-hour drive from Calais and it is well worth the drive. The nearest town is Vitry le Francois, a 10-minute drive from the lake.

It is a lovely 10-acre lake that has a lot of features to fish to. It has some deep margins where the carp like to hangout and some small islands to aim for. The depths range from 3-8ft and so you don’t have to fish too deep. The lake has 13 swims and plenty of areas perfect for stalking our carp.

Prices for Lake Beauregard start from just £850 per week for exclusive use of the lake and all of its facilities. The lake is available for exclusive use for up to 6 anglers.

There are some monsters in Lake Beauregard. There are over 300 mirror and common carp in the lake to over 60lbs. There are also grass carp to over 50lb and cats to over 90lb. The largest common carp caught on Lake Beauregard so far is 65lb 12oz and the largest mirror is 60lb. You have the opportunity to smash your personal best carp at Lake Beauregard! And you are in for a seriously good fishing adventure as the average carp caught this year has been 36lb 10oz.

The lodge at Lake Beauregard includes all the facilities you need to enjoy a week’s fishing. It has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower and dining room. There is a separate freezer for baits and plenty of sockets for charging bait boats and mobiles. To finish off the facilities at Lake Beauregard there is also a shaded patio and barbecue area that overlooks the lake.

 

 

 

The lake owners can supply high-quality fishmeal pellets. These are available in 25-kilo bags at 50 euros per bag. We do ask that you order your baits in advance.

You’re also welcome to bring your own pellets if you like. Only allow fresh frozen boilies to be used at Lake Beauregard and particles are allowed but tiger nuts are limited to one can per angler.

There is a freshly-prepared food package for any anglers that want to take it easy and focus on their fishing.

Rods must not be left unattended and only 3 rods per angler

No leaders of any kind, only tubing

No fixed or tethered lead rigs, leads must be breakaway

No braided mainlines

Minimum 15lb line

Weigh slings and large unhooking mats are supplied and must be used

Bait boats are allowed

Iodine must be used for fish care

One tub of tiger nuts per angler

Prepared baits can be used, no unprepared particles are to be cooked on site

Sacking of fishing isn’t allowed

No ready-made boilies

Absolutely no litter.

These rules are to keep our fish safe and healthy. Anyone caught abusing these rules will be asked to leave Lake Beauregard.
