Me and my wife had a good trip, weather was hot and dry. Only fished 5 nights, had 17 takes and landed 16 fish to 47lb 8oz, had 5 x 30lb ( 38lb 2 x 37lb, 36lb and 30lb 8oz) fish including a lovely fully scaled mirror.All the fish fell to a homemade birdfood / fishmeal bait flavoured with Garlic oil and Crab flavour, 4 oz drop off lead with a size 2 wide gape hook, 2 x20mm boillies bottom baits, on a 125mm 20lb mono hook link. Most the takes came to 3m off the far margin over pellets and boillies. Only had one fish under the trees on the lefthand side of the swim.
What a beautiful place to be the facilities are very good, clean and well kept, We will be going back in the future.
