With a change in weather the anglers and myself thought the lake was going to start to fish well and it certainly did that the first couple of days.
A couple of the big fish were banked and then it went a bit quiet though the weather did get hot again.
The anglers persevered and managed to land a few more ranging from mid 50s down to some of the smaller residents.
