Well the lads on two weeks ago had a tough gig with temperatures spiralling to 38 degrees making difficult fishing conditions with very few out and poor Rob blanking. Best fish out was 38lb which came on the 1st night. This week the weather has been kinder with temperatures in the low twentys and a big storms re oxiginatimg the water.Aaron had a 36lb mirror within a couple of hours of setting
Up and then had a 40lb mirror then another 30lb mirror and then breaking his pb with a 43lb fish. He’s on five carp now with 3 over the 40lb mark. Richard in peg 1 had a few small catfish which we are removing in peg 1 Neither fished Sunday night due to a heavy storm then Richard moved to peg 3 . A good move as he’s in 8 fish now with a brace of forties with a 42lb and 44lb mirrors and 3 fish over 35lb aswell . It’s Richards 28th visit to foxpool and he usually bags two tone having her twice in a week 2 years ago hopefully if she’s out Aaron will get her this time.
