Finally our opening week arrived after a deluge of rain washing a lot of fresh water through the lake the week before dropping water temperature, it was a slow start for the lads but the fish got there heads down the back end of the week when the warmer weather arrived. Martin was straight out of the blocks with a pb 38.8lb mirror then followed by 23lb mirror luke caught consistently of starting with a new pb 38.8lb aswell then beat with it with a 45.2lb he also bagged 7 fish over 30lb with 3 over 35lb + with a 39.10lb Scott got off to a bad start losing his 1st 2 fish bit finally put 35lb common on the bank before beating his pb mirror with a 40lb fish on Friday night with all 3 lads having a few fish on Friday night and Saturday morning with Martin adding another 33lb mirror then adda 49lb fish to beat his pb again just over 20 fish in total and about 8 lost in difficult conditions .
