2 Dave’s and dan were back last week after a 3 year break. A lot of rain and high winds during there stay .
Little Dave was sat on the end of the wind and the fish were infront of him most the week by Wednesday he’d had 10 fish nothing under 34lb with 3 forties 44lb,45lb and a 47.7lb he finished on 15 fish over half were 34lb plus. Dan started in peg 1 and had a few 1st night biggest 28lb then went on to have a few more biggest 37lb then moved to 4 in Thursday and had a brace of 36lb mirrors. Finishing on 10 fish . Poor old Dave 76 years old had a nightmare breaking 2 of his reels so decided just to fish days with 2 rods he landed a 47lb mirror on daves rod the after dan moved to 4 he went into 1 and bagged a 39lb and 39lb mirror. Probably the last time we will see Dave on the bank at 76 he found it yough in the rain.
