Our week spent at Chef De Ville was such an enjoyable week. We had our two dogs with us and fishing from swim 8 allowed us space for them to be off lead but also to keep them secure. We decided not to have the full food package however there was the flexibility to order any food on a daily basis which you can do via the app and was very easy. Anthony is a great host, is there if you need anything but is also very relaxed. Chef de villa is a big water, we would definitely recommend finding spots and baiting an area. Our catches were quite varied, we caught 15carp up to 35lb and a sturgeon at 40lb and most fish came from marginal spots.
The lake is very peaceful and is within easy reach Meaux is also a great place to stop over the night before, meaux is approximately 20minutes drive from the lake.
