Double swim
Carp love the lilies surrounding the Channel and the big long line of pads on the other side of it. This is the quietest, safest part of the lake, where they usually relax. The Channel swim also provides natural food and a nice amount of sun exposure. We often get our most illusive fish caught here.
Single Swim
Its depth varies from 3 to 9 feet with hard floor all the way along the two margins and a silty ground in the middle.
It’s a one man swim located not far from the entrance of the lake.
It’s cut off from the other swims and is generally where carp pass seeking the quietest part of the lake. Lily pads on each side and opposite along the margins maximize your chance of catching fish.
Double Swim
If you are in search of quietness and a real connection with nature, then choose Steps, you’ll be faced with an unreal view of the main area of the lake. You can follow the path and use the raft if you want to get back to the lodge or if you need the facilities.
The depth in this area varies between 4 to 9 feet, with hard spots and silty ground in the middle. Steps also offers many fishing angles, you are able to fish close thanks to a long band of lilies and you can also go long distance on your right, left and centre.
Double Swim
Amazing views of a wide angle shot of the lake and cleverly placed water lilies make this a very good swim for catching fish.
Its depth varies from 4 to 9 feet with hard spots and silty ground in the middle.
You can follow the path and use the raft if you want to get back to the lodge or if you need the facilities.
Gallery, also offers different fishing angles. You can fish close thanks to a long band of lilies and you can also fish long distance.
Double Swim

Trees offers short distance and long distance fishing and this is another path the carp generally follow.
Double Swim
With around 10 acres of water just for yourself, surrounded by wildlife and with an incredible view, it is the the perfect spot for all anglers.
The average depth around this swim is approximately 5 feet. The pads on the right are almost 50m away and a long line of lilies on the left makes it easy for the fish to “shuttle” between the bay and the rest of the lake.
The carp pass very close to the peg so you can fish short and long distance. You are highly likely to catch a beautiful fish here.
Chateau is only accessible by boat but you are able to communicate with Meadows Point.
Double Swim
This swim is comfortable for 1 angler, 2 anglers can be accommodated however it is not as big as other double swims.
The average depth is around 7 feet and is a direct path for the fish going to and from the bay.
It’s only accessible by boat but you can socialize with Chateau swim.
The fish usually come out from lilies on the other side and we have added pads in the middle to be able to carefully and strategically move them around the lake.
Double Swim
On Sanctuary you will have a 200 degree visual of an amazing view. All fish pass here and you can control the centre of the lake.
The depth varies between 2 and 7 feet, and the water temperature is 1 or 2 degrees warmer than most swims on the lake.
The fish come fairly close from the lilies on the left and right, you would also be able to fish the open water where you‘ll find nice gravel bars.
We have had some unbelievable catches here.
Single Swim
Charlie’s Bay is accessible by path with a new area of water lilies to bring the fish back to the margin. Depending on the water level of the lake, the depth can vary between 1ft to 4ft
The ground is soft but has some nice plates of gravel that will allow the carp to come and feed. The biggest spring of the lake is close to this area which assists in creating natural food. A large quantity of fish like to stay in this shallow part. We often get big surprises at Charlie’s bay.
Double Swim
Field is one of the shallower swims at approximately 3-5 foot around the area
The water lilies allow the fish to cruise the outer parts of the lake and go towards the centre
Gravel areas also attract fish from both sides of the margins and all along the border, going to the moors.
This swim is accessible by path with one of our largest platforms.

This swim is located 40m past Heron Points so you are able to soicialise. It is accessible by path and suitable for 2 anglers.
The water lilies in front of the swim maximize the chance of catching larger carp and more pads on your right along the margin, direct fish towards this swim.
Single Swim
We named this swim after a frequent Heron visitor. Its depth varies from 3 to 7 feet with hard ground in the middle and some silty areas.
This is a single swim but Woods is just 40m to your right and accessible by path. Positioned close to the lodge this swim is in a really good spot.
You also have the option to fish the bay to the left where a large set of water lilies direct passing carp. We have had some nice surprises out on this swim.
Double Swim
This is another one of our shallower swims at approximately 3 to 5 foot deep around the whole 2 acre bay.
It has hard ground all along the margin and a silty area in the middle. It is positioned in a peaceful area away from other swims, but close to the lodge and facilities.
The pads are all around the bay to give you maximum opportunities to catch fish. You also get a perfect view of the sunrise.
Single Swim
This is our most shallow swim at 3 – 4.5 foot deep, you have over 2 acres of water to yourself with a hard ground and some silt central to the platform.
It’s a relaxing place away from the other swims, but close to the lodge and facilities.
This bay area is another resting spot for fish and the water lilies surrounding it mean you will have maximum opportunities to land some very heavy carp.
Double Swim
This is possibly our most social swim being closest to the lodge, with Shallows and Stalk 30m away on either side.
It’s about 4 to 8 feet deep with a mix of hard and silty ground in the middle.
The water is open with pads on the right to give an amazing fishing experience.
Single Swim
Situated around the small bay, with uneven depths ranging from 3 – 8 feet and a mixed ground, this swim is very productive.
Small pads, around 30m away attract the fish passing to rest so you have a very high chance of landing some big fish.
This swim is also catered for people with disabilities.
