Catch Reports related to Brothers Lake

Final week of the season and the fish were very active but it seemed they were on naturals. The lads did well and had a few stunning fish and loved the venue. Both lads had fish over 40 so certainly some happy anglers to finish the season

Always nice to have regulars Clive and Kev back on the fishery. A nice steady week once they worked out what the fish wanted and where they wanted it. A few 40’s amongst them too so plenty of smiles all round.

James had booked to come in covid which never happened so we were only too pleased to finally have him at the lake. A bit of a slower week but that didn’t stop them landing commons and mirrors over 50. Well done fellas. Hope to have you back again soon.

Sam and his step dad smashed it this week with lots of the big girls slipping up. Some really lovely looking carp banked too. Fishing swims 1 and 2 and having a social week they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Great week lads well done.

Alan and Mark really enjoyed their 2nd trip to the fishery and have already booked their 3rd! Some crackers banked as the sun shone including new pb commons. Well done boys. See you again soon

Dans week produced plenty of bites and they had some cracking weather to boot. Some lovely fish banked and plenty of 30s and 40s. Well angled lads.

Steve and son Sam came for a week in August and were well impressed! They had a great weeks angling and Sam caught some fantastic fish. Thw smile says it all. Very happy chappy!!

Dels week was hot but the fish still fed and the lads had some stunning fish throughout the week with commons upto mid 40’s. Swim 1 did the majority of the bites this week

Brendan is fast becoming one of our most regular visitors and his captures back it up. Numerous big fish for him this time to upper 50’s. House bait and pellets doing the bites

Dale, Mark and Jamie had a fantastic week for their first trip to the venue. All catching well with some good 50’s coming out to the house baits. Swim 1 fishing tight to the dam wall doing most of the bites. Well done you lot and look forward to having you back next spring

Our regulars Clive and Darren had a tough act to follow after last weeks captures but did well banking some stunning fish. They know the lake well now so can always put a few fish on the bank even when it gets tricky. Well done both of you. See back soon

Matt and Paul had another epic opening week with lots of big fish landed. Plenty of 30s 40s and 50s. All fish caught from swims 1 and 2 which are always an early season favourite. Well done to them.

Finally getting round to uploading Tom and James’s photos and catch report from last week. Great lads, kept me well informed of what they were catching and fished well. They managed fish of… 19,21,23,24,25,27,28,29,32,32,34,35,35,36,38,39,40,45,47,51,54,66. All fish caught using our house bait over pellet and particle. Good week lads. See you next time 👍👍

Clive and Darren were with us last week and they had a fantastic week with a total of 34 fish plus two little stockies landed for 1255lb of fish. Their week included a new lake record of 68lb 15oz plus 2×50’s, 8×40’s, 13×30’s, 9×20’s.
