Lake Heritage is a 17-acre lake set in a wonderfully relaxing location in Saint-Pardoux, Central France.

The current lake record is 68lb.  There are at least 10 carp in the lake that are above 60lb. There are over thirty 50lbers, 150 40lbers and at least 500 20-39lb.

The lake owner has put a lot of work into Lake Heritage to make it the best fishery possible for anglers. They have created a stunning lake that retains its natural beauty but gives angler’s access to some of the best carp in France. The English bailiff Sean is on hand to offer any advice you may need.

Every swim at Lake Heritage can produce excellent results, if you are prepared to put in some hard work. With the right approach, multiple catches are easily achievable! The lake is lined with mature trees and overhanging bushes creating some excellent opportunities for stalking and margin fishing.

Surrounded by mature overhanging trees and acres of open countryside, lake Heritage has an average depth of 8ft with the deepest area around 14ft. The lake is weed free and the bottom is hard clay.

There are 15 posts which are well positioned around the lake to give ample water coverage.

From April 1st – October 31st for exclusive lake bookings only. £1600 (maximum of 8 anglers)

Bookings in the off season (November 1st to March 31st) for exclusive lake booking is £800

There are rowing boats that you can rent. The lake owners recommend most anglers rent a boat as Lake Heritage is 17 acres so it’s great for finding spots and baiting up. You can rent a clean boat which is expected to be returned cleaned too. The cost of boat rental is 5 euros a day or 30 euros for the week.

If you are struggling for room in your car or van the following items of tackle are also available to rent for the week.

We have various equipment that you can rent out if you are struggling for room in your car or van.

Pod 10 euros per week.

Bedchairs 20 euros per week.

Chair 10 euros per week.

Cradle 15 euros per week.

Weigh sling 10 euros per week.

High quality boilies are sold on site at very reasonable prices, the baits are field tested on the Lake, and produce excellent results.  They are 18mm frozen type and come in various flavours ( these flavours may change through the year so enquire prior to your booking date )

We also sell pellet and prepared Maize at very reasonable prices

Please note; you may bring your own baits, but if you require a freezer service, we charge 40 euros for a large chest freezer ( fridge included with this )

The Lake Bailiff Sean owns and runs the bar/restaurant in the village, and provides an excellent food package, which is very good value and takes out a lot of the hassle of cooking and shopping for groceries. The food can be delivered to your post,  or you can eat at the restaurant.

  • £100 deposit per party is required which relates to cleaning. If the swims are left clean and tidy and the rubbish bags and bottles recycled in the bin and the crates provided, the deposit will be returned.
