Reached along a quiet country lane past the farms outside Chambérat, this fully gated and fenced property has wonderful views across the Allier countryside. At its heart is a private fishing lake of about 2.5 acres, stocked with carp. It is a perfect weekend and holiday retreat.

The Lake

The lake was recently inspected and, as advised, trees have been cleared from the dam wall. The current family have enjoyed years of overnight sessions, weekends and holidays here with friends, fishing for the carp.

Buildings

Near the entrance, a prefabricated garage of around 15m² provides storage for garden equipment and furniture. A larger hangar of about 20m² looks straight down the middle of the lake. It currently shelters the owner’s caravan and still leaves room for a dining area, with more shaded space under a large mature oak behind.
